WE talk creates a safe, carefully curated space for women to tell their own stories of what it is like to lead, find purpose, live in alignment with your values, fail and succeed, seek joy, and honor yourself.
WE talks are powerful and deeply personal stories from women who have been knocked down and have risen up again wiser and more determined. WE talk invites diverse voices to share stories focused on our five leadership pillars that guide the Women for the Environment (WE) fellowship: wellbeing, personal growth, relationships & peacebuilding, visibility & scaling influence, and innovation.
WE talk brings the reality of these leadership pillars to life through grounding them in personal experience and the art of storytelling – creating a shared community of practice and a strong foundation for action. The WE Africa platform showcases WE talk storytellers to increase their visibility and public profile creating an online ‘directory’ of inspiring storytellers with authentic voices for others to find and connect with.
