Topic: A question about the Round Room dialogues to all WE fellows
Your first Round Room dialogue is this Thursday the 18th February. Note that none of the Round Room dialogue sessions are recorded to make sure you feel safe to express yourself as you would in person conversation. They are completely private and bounded by your safe space agreement. From time to time, someone from the WE Africa delivery team, who are not facilitating that particular session but are leading online learning sessions at other times, may want to sit in on a dialogue. The reason for this would be for them to listen and learn from your experiences to create a better understanding of the context and reality of your work so that they can make sure their content is relevant. Of course, they will be contracted into your safe space agreement. If any of you, WE fellows have any reservations, at all, about this or would like to know more please share your questions and/or your thoughts below or feel free to express them privately to Jana through the WE platform chat (one on one). Since the first dialogue is this week please let us know of any reservations or comments you might have by tomorrow evening.

Hi, I feel they can sit in, it’s ok. Some conversation moments come out best at specific moments in specific environments and it may never be expressed that way at any other opportunity. So yeah, let’s have them sit in. So far all the WE sessions we have heard in the past have been the safest places I have ever in to. I look forward to the round room dialogue tomorrow.
